How quickly will DashGrow reply to my message?

We aim to reply within one working day (Monday–Friday, UK time). If your question is urgent — for example you are stuck setting up a booking — say so in your message and include a phone number if you are happy for us to call back.

Should I use this form or start a free trial?

If you want to try the product straight away, start your free trial — no credit card required. Use this form when you have a specific question about fit, pricing, commercial accounts, or setup before you sign up.

Who is DashGrow for?

DashGrow is built for UK ironing services, laundry collection businesses, and wash-and-fold operators — from solo home-based businesses to small teams with drivers and multiple staff. If you take bookings, price per kg or per item, and send invoices, we are likely a good fit.

Can I ask about pricing before I commit?

Yes. The free plan includes up to 15 bookings per month with no card required. Pro is £17/month after a 14-day trial and adds unlimited bookings, PDF invoices, Stripe card payments, SMS updates, and the booking calendar. Tell us your volume in the form if you are unsure which plan fits.

Do you offer demos or walkthroughs?

We do not run long sales demos for every enquiry. Most operators prefer to start the free trial and explore the dashboard themselves. If you would rather a short call or screen share before signing up, mention that in your message and we will suggest a time.

I am already on DashGrow — is this the right place for support?

For account and product help while you are using DashGrow, email hello@dashgrow.co.uk from the address on your account and describe what you were doing when the issue happened. This form is mainly for pre-sales questions and general enquiries.

Can I contact you about partnerships or press?

Yes. Use the form and choose a clear subject in your message — for example partnership, integration, or press. Include your company name and website so we can route it to the right person.
